Giving feedback¶

- Give feedback soon after the behaviour happens
- When giving feedback, delay between the behaviour and the feedback should be minimal. This helps keep the context of the feedback for the person getting it. To be sure the context is appropriate, Give structured feedback, and give it on a specific behaviour.
- Give structured feedback
- When giving feedback, structured feedback makes sure that the person getting feedback understands the context. Without context, it might be hard for them to change their behaviour in the requested way in the future. Because of this, only give feedback about specific behaviours and soon after the behaviour happens. To keep context as clear as possible, keep feedback strictly positive or negative.
